Move gently and slowly, breathe deeply, and embrace the joy of showing up to your creativity.
Slow and steady does it - we don’t let overwhelm steal our joy here.
Progress happens in increments, even the smallest ones (in fact, particularly the small and consistent ones) and over the year that one hour a week will be an exponential accelerant to your artistic development.
This should feel like a coming home for you,
not an exam you have to cram for.
