This practice is for everyone, whether you consider yourself an artist or not. I promise you, you are a creative. You do so many creative things in a day without realising it. This is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in creative play as a means to connect with nature and your own wild heart.
It could be with the art prompts provided, or you may explore with words and embodiment (or all of the above).
There is no right or wrong way to approach and embody this work, what you create will be perfectly imperfect, just like us all.
